Some time ago I decided that some day I would write a love ballad or two. Here is a little demo song made with that purpose in mind (still partly under development, especially the lyrics..). 

Making of this track took a pretty long time and I had to make some compromises but it was an enjoyable project and I guess have to be relatively satisfied with the result so far. Also my respect for all the songmakers of this world increased enormously.

This was played by me with the Korg SGProX digital piano. The virtual instruments used include (but are not limited to) e.g. the following sounds and presets: 
- Keyboards: Audiolounge KeyAffair 3, UVI DS-890 (cf. JD-800), UVI The Twenty (cf. MKS-20), Yamaha Montage 8 (DX7, FM EP), VTines for Montage;
- Drums: UVI prime8+ (cf. TR-108) with a layered Linndrum snare, UVI Drum Replacer;
- Bass: UVI Ultramini, Arturia Mini-V with the Arturia Filter MINI;
- Lead sound: Arturia Modular V, UVI Ultramini;
- Horns/lead: UVI DS1 (cf. M1), Arturia Modular V (Toto Tribute sound bank);
- Bells/chimes etc.: UVI FMX1 (cf. DX1), UVI Wave Runner 2.3 (cf. PPG), UVI USQ-1 (cf. ESQ-1);
- Guitar: UVI PX Guitar Syn (cf. GS-500, GR-500); and
- Voice pad: UVI Darklight IIx (cf. Fairlight).

I also tried to create a sort of 80's style gated reverb for the drum part.
