Find a mix on YouTube.  Copy the URL then open up another tab and use this site which is free (https://2conv.com/).  It's a YouTube to Mp3 converter and it works every time.  Paste the URL into the site and hit download.

Once you have downloaded the file bring it into Audacity which is free (www.audacityteam.org/).  Find the part of the mix that you liked, it's probably only 60 seconds long give or take.  Chop everything else off.

Now that you have your foundation, chop sections of the parts you like the best. 
 Find a part for an intro, chorus, verse and outro.  That hardest part by far is keeping the transitions tight.  There are tricks though!!  Put it all together.
