Full and By is a Canadian Indie Rock solo project by singer/songwriter Chelsea Wilhelm.  Joining the music scene in the summer of 2012, she has been writing and composing songs on acoustic guitar with a focus on lyrical content. Transitioning quickly to an experimentation with electronic sound. Full and By's music is defined by the haunting electro/acoustic atmosphere and gripping lyrics.
