A new producer of veiled origins, Hyperfocus has directed his passion towards the technical realm and honed his production skills under the expert guidance of John Rolodex. The result is an EP that captures the soul of rave. Through the use of 303, 808 and Reese, Hyperfocus has reached into the origins of the genre and generated a forward looking sound. "Don't Look Back" isn't just a debut; it's a sonic diary that reflects the evolution of a veteran turned maestro, ready to make his mark on the drum and bass landscape.

"Take It All The Way" is an atmospheric liquid drum and bass track with a determined vibe. A ticking clock introduces the track, symbolizing the passing of time, while a strong liquid beat adds a sense of determination. It blends deep sub-bass, warm pads, lush piano chords, warm brass, Rhodes licks, sinister synth sounds, and female vocal hooks to create a darker and moodier atmosphere.

In the bustling and hustling of Bristol city, where streets live to the sound of inclusivity and diversity, there is a well known underground music scene that has been making waves around the world since day one! At the heart of this movement is the unmissable sound of jungle/drum & bass which truly embodies the crazy energy of the city. In this city, in the stillness of the night, miracles unfold, life begins, loud and bold, a new voice finds its way, in waiting hands, a new dawn, a brand new day, a story to be told. We welcome Rabies with delight, in the shadows of the night with a mix of dark amen breaks and primal bass. There we find release in the chaos, we find peace, we find storm, we are reborn, we are transformed. This is freedom, to the edge of reason, dancing in the shadows, a call that beckons.

"I have played on a host of the big pirates around London, the online stations and at nights like Launch and the Primal x Stealth events, alongside some of my biggest heroes in the scene. Most recently I've been down at Discworld in Deptford playing through a set of new dubs, most of which I've used in this mix for Full Spectrum! For the future, Sicknote and I have a new label project coming up soon which we're really hyped about, and lots of new vinyl releases on their way soon, starting with a jungle orientated 12" on Sonic Force."
