Renegade Hardware is proud to announce the release of the second EP and fourth instalment in the 'From The Vaults' remix series. Dropping just a few weeks after the previous part, this latest EP continues to build excitement for the full album, scheduled for release in August 2024.

'From The Vaults' is a collection designed to celebrate and revisit the influential tracks that have shaped Renegade Hardware's legacy. This second EP offers four fresh remixes, each one breathing new life into beloved classics and showcasing the label's innovative spirit.

The EP kicks off with Mistic's remix of Absolute Zero & Subphonics’ - ‘The Code’, bringing a dynamic and modern twist to the original. Next up, Philth delivers a deep and rolling interpretation of Konflict’s ‘Roadblock’ that will resonate with both long-time followers and new listeners. Long-standing Hardware veteran Gremlinz takes the reins for the third track, offering a bold and inventive rendition of Ink’s ‘B-Boy Convention’. The EP concludes with the return of NC-17 to the series with his remix of Usual Suspects’ ‘ED 209’, providing a heavy perspective and closing the release on a high note.

With the complete album release scheduled for release in August, and the label fast approaching its 3rd decade, Renegade Hardware continues to be a key player in the drum and bass community, known for its commitment to quality and its influence on the genre.

After Bungle's incredible 'Collide EP', Sound Enforcers welcomes the duo Response & Pliskin for its fifth release. They represent the best of the Manchester d&b scene and regularly showcase it on their label Northern Front Records or more recently on HeadzState, Metalheadz's sub-label.

Collaborating with Digital on ‘Equality’ hypnotically dubbed-out riddims & vocals cascading over foundations of warm bass flipping techy-breaks. Signing off the Vinyl format with another collab featuring one of the Drum & Bass scenes signature vocalists Ayah Marar on the beautifully arranged dancefloor tear-out that is ‘All I Ever Want’.

Inspired by the iconic Green Line of the Stockholm subway, this album immerses listeners in the cold, raw atmosphere of the city’s transit system. More than just a nod to the snowy, urban landscape, “The Green Line” captures that uniquely Scandinavian feeling of solitude and introspection that comes with long rides through dimly lit tunnels and quiet, empty platforms. Each track becomes a station along the route, moving fluidly through various styles of Drum & Bass to create a true audio journey.

With over 15 years of experience promoting events in Stockholm, JNB brings a rare depth and diversity to his sound. He weaves in influences from across the whole spectrum—from intense, bass-heavy rollers to smooth, melodic cuts—reflecting the many sides of a genre he has long championed. “The Green Line” doesn’t conform to a single style, but rather lets each track stand as its own reflection of JNB’s love for the wide range of sounds within the genre.
