Die Wilde Jagd is the music project of producer and songwriter Sebastian Lee Philipp. Channeling minimalist, tenebrous intensity, Die Wilde Jagd’s music weaves a dense and atmos-pheric web of drama, romance, ecstasy, and melancholy. 
Like his own music, Sebastian’s mix aims to transport listeners to a realm where each track be-comes a chapter in a gripping tale, gradually building anticipation and setting the stage for the emotional rollercoaster that awaits. 
For the 50th Tea-Snuggery Show on Threads Radio, we present a very special treat with Sebastian Lee Philipp, mastermind, and head of "Die Wilde Jagd".
For eight years now, songwriter and producer Sebastian Lee Philipp has been steering his project “Die Wilde Jagd” through the field of tension between contemporary electronic music and avant-pop. Between 2015 and 2020, three studio albums were produced as documents of Philipp's rig-orous musical creativity. Most recently, "Atem", a composition for Roadburn Festival, was re-leased in 2022, documenting yet another, more experimental side of the project.
On the new, eagerly awaited fourth album "ophio", all these multi-faceted worlds are brought together in an impressive way.

Akrüül is artist and musician Julian Klein from Vorarlberg, Austria, nowadays based in Vienna. His productional work moves between dub, tribal and ambient and is drenched in krautrock influences and more. He runs Goldgelb Records, a platform for artists from the experimental scene. His work dwells in late night mystique, where cracked slabs of concrete and half empty cocktail bars meet.

Akrüül ist der Künstler und Musiker Julian Klein aus Vorarlberg, Osterreich, der heute in Wien lebt. Seine Produktionen bewegen sich zwischen Dub, Tribal und Ambient und sind von Krautrock-Einflüssen und mehr durchtränkt. Er betreibt Goldgelb Records, eine Plattform für Künstler aus der experimentellen Szene. Seine Arbeit spielt in der nächtlichen Mystik, wo rissige Betonplatten und halbleere Cocktailbars aufeinandertreffen.

Backstory:

I once attended a rave in 1995 in Seattle, Washington where DJ Trance (@jasonblakemoresoundcloud) of Bassex records fame caved the roof dropping this mysterious record entitled "The Siren." It's a one-sided white label released in 1995 that I later picked up at Philadelphia's 611 Records the same year. It's produced by Vinny Vincent (the guitarist of KISS!?!?) and Harry Hash. The gabber-ish track features a distorted kick and two super long breakdowns with nothing but siren.

It's a special kind of record for an emergency mind melt or to incite dance floor panic. And you can get it digitally on some music sites. 

I mix another strange white label track out of it from 1991, that is featured on a Helena Hauff mix that is re-released digitally by Tresor that I heard via one of Adrian Marth's (@adrian_marth)  (@Italo_Moderni) epic and wonderful SoundCloud mixes.
