Oscar Abdullah was at the helm of another instalment of Evening Mass. This month he was joined by Filmmaker for two hours of chuggy New Wave, EBM, Industrial and Synth Pop.

group A is a Tokyo experimental electronics, minimal wave & violin female duo band formed by Tommi Tokyo, Sayaka Botanic.  
Tommi Tokyo (synth, drum machine, vocals) and Sayaka Botanic (violin, tapes and sampler) released 2 studio albums and 1 live album in Tokyo, before to move in Berlin in 2016. With their mixture of dark minimal synth, avant-noise, striking visuals and performance art, the duo still carries on the very breath of early industrial pioneers such as Throbbing Gristle, Die Form, Klinik, Cabaret Voltaire.

Their first release coming on 2012 with a series of  self releases until 2015. Then Mannequin Records had a vinyl release in 2017 called “group a”.  Kashual Plastik released on 2018 Circulation EP.  2 years later in 2020 we find them again on Alessandro Adrianni's  Mannequin Records with the release “anOther”.
The same year, released  a vinyl edition of group A's first full length studio album self-released in October 2013 only in CDR format. 9 tracks of genuine experimental minimal electronics. 
 The following mix  drive us on an one-hour journey of industrial, experimental, outlandish beats and avant garde sounds with an idiosygrasic attidute. Enjoy!

@sch-tsch is the project of the Zürich-based, Polish artist, active in the Swiss underground as a DJ, music producer, live act, and host of dark electronics nights, as well as the mix series SCHOEN. In her sets, she transmutes dusky electronic experiments, EBM, harsh techno, post-punk, and mutant analog sounds into psychedelic darkness, pain, and excess. As a hardware live act and music producer, with releases on labels such as Kashev Tapes, Oramics or Tales of Psychofonia, and several self-released singles and EPs, she conjures obscure soundscapes on the fringes of post-industrial, body music and noise, inverting realities and perverting desires.

Yoan Rodriguez Lokier is a Mexican born, Berlin based DJ and producer. 
Taking inspiration from the indie / post-punk scene with her 1st EP’s & remixes releasing as early as 2014 on labels like Les Disques De La Mort or Throne Of Blood, her sound has been naturally evolving to more dark, industrial and electro territory since moving to the German capital. 
Her dj sets have also taken the same path, adding raw sounds & acid-tinged synths to the equation, making them more complex & raw.
Alongside French DJ, producer & longtime friend Morgan
Hammer (Optimo Trax), they become She Made Monster, where
both their energies are channeled in explosive dj sets. 
She's recently released an Ep on Squirrel On Film and her upcoming releases in 2018 include a 12" for Rotterdam’s Pinkman.

DECENNIUM06 - /DL/MS/ (Frustrated Funk, TRUST)

The 6th edition of our DECENNIUM series comes courtesy of Dan Lodig and Martin Sovinz, better known collectively as /DL/MS/.

The Viennese pair started self-releasing original Techno and Electro on their own Pomelo label in 2016, which led to attention from some of the elite producers and labels around Europe.  They have since released a string of quality EP's via heavyweight label TRUST, and via Electro royals Frustrated Funk, which have cemented their reputable status in the scene.

As well as running their new label Vigram, you can find /DL/MS/ performing their reputable live set around the Vienna circuit and beyond. For their DECENNIUM set they have produced a rare DJ set, planned and mastered as meticulously as their live set. The track list is a thing of beauty, with unrestricted twists and turns from Electro, Detroit and Ghetto-Tech, to Techno, Acid and Breaks. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Keep your ears to the ground for @dl-ms future movements.
