DJ, selector and curator of experiences in the city of Bogota, Colombia. Before he started mixing music at parties, he had already begun collecting records from Brazil, his home country, and had witnessed the dance floor from the listener's side.
Currently he’s a resident at Espacio KB, where he promotes an alternative Thursday night, mixing genres of music from global to electronic. 
Because of his massive musical collection and passion, his mixing style cannot be categorized into a unique genre; however, omnipresent are influences from Brazil, edits from the 80's, 90's and contemporary electronic music. 
DJ Hermano toured different cities in the United States, where he performed at several clubs and parties, among them: Honcho Campout, Buddy Buddy, and Suck it! He also participated in The Lot Radio (NYC). In Europe, his tour included various gigs in different countries, and broadcasts for Red Light Radio, Kiosk Radio and IDA Radio.

ÍNTIMAS 
Intimas is a visual and sound experience that advocates all kinds of electronic sounds in unconventional spaces. The party arose from the need to create a dialogue in the queer community and generate an exchange of experiences in safe places. Intimas always explores emancipating the individual, expressing oneself and being oneself. 
More than a collective, Íntimas is the meeting of friends that generates an atmosphere of union and harmony among different protagonists of the Bogota nightlife scene. The experiences lived within the meetings have been notorious for the freedom and naturalness they encourage. Íntimas has set up parties in places as varied as  antique shops, sex clubs, and neighbourhood convenience shops. 
As much as Intimas is an experience within the queer movement, it does not force its attendants to identify as such. Intimas invites anyone regardless of their sexual identity and preferences, always promoting the safety of the community and the individual.
ÍNTIMAS REC
The first release on Intimas Rec, "Chapinero Tales" presents four different stories inspired by the lively Chapinero neighborhood in Bogotá. The four-track EP is a collaboration between producers Rù (Ruggero Cavazzini) and DJ Hermano (Romulo Lima).

O Ep.13 do Folklorecast na Function traz a convidada baiana do projeto Levita (@djmayanbr ) que começou em 2012 e explora transições entre Ethnic Deep House, Progressive House e Melodic Techno. Suas pesquisas passeiam por melodias orientais, instrumentos orgânicos e muita ressonância em mixagens que variam entre 114 e 126 bpms. A programação da @folklorebeat na Function. fm acontece todo terceiro domingo do mês, das 14h às 16h.

O Ep.14 do Folklorecast na Function traz o projeto do DJ mineiro 'txäi' (@tx_ai) que lá em 2014 iniciou a curadoria do também mineiro selo 'Casa Caos' (@casacaos), que sintoniza e capta batidas lentamente contaminadas até hoje. Pelas duas horas de set txäi vai influenciado pela redução de bpm, costurando a sua interpretação de uma beat folclórica: transversa, livre e inrotulável. No tempo em que ele esteve com a gente, algumas coisas ficaram engavetadas e aos poucos vamos disponibiliza-las por aqui. Aos amigos que sentem saudade, que encontrem nesse set um contato com a alma do nosso querido e eterno Motor.

Natural de Quixada, interior do Ceará, Motor foi um dos djays mais atuantes na cena fortalezense com mais de 15 anos de caminhada. Influenciou e apoiou diretamente muitos dos djays da nova geração. Ele foi responsável pelos projetos @telecotechno , dj e produtor na @borntochill_duo e também fez parte da nossa equipe da folklorebeat.

Suburban Jungle Rave is the third EP produced by DJ and Producer Mtn9090, which will be released on August 15 2024 by Trinka BR from Porto Alegre/Brazil. In a context where the city is a map defined by labor relations, uncertainty becomes an evil addiction while the rave party the only moment of liberation from the capitalist clock. Through 06 tracks, the EP translates part of the artist's experience, uniting elements of urban daily life, the metropolitan spirit and broken drums of the classic jungle tracks of the 90s.
