Spontaneous Combustion (2023) is the second official album of the DJs and Producers Mtn9090 and Marcelulose, wich will be released January 15th of 2023 independently on digital platforms and also by physical media. The term refers to a death from a fire that originates without an external source of ignition, a natural process that lacks explanation. Through 07 tracks, the album brings together genres such as footwork, juke, breakbeat, jungle and dubstep and elements of house and Detroit techno as well. On the visual part, the work refers to the mess caused by a run over reaction by two bodies as one lucky accident, sealing this encounter in an artistic object as part of a poetic process developed by Rafaela Giacomelli. Samples, arrangement and composition by DJ Mtn9090 and Marcelulose, Mixing by Tabu and Graphic design by Denu.

Os sistemas de som, uma tradição profundamente enraizada na cultura jamaicana, serviram como nossa inspiração para criar uma atmosfera completamente única. E para tornar tudo ainda mais especial, tivemos a honra de receber o lendário conjunto Reggaytime, um ícone dos sistemas de som em Belo Horizonte, que, junto com as CAIXAS-ALTAS, trouxe o poder dos graves profundos para a nossa celebração.
