Originally out on Strictly Rhythm though I definitely remembering it being one of the earlier Defected Releases in the UK back in 1999 just after they dropped the massive 'Can't Get Enough' by Soul Searcher.

Original version was produced by Lenny Fontana no less, with a remix by the prolific Full Intention and of course contained that famous disco loop sampled from Thelma Houston's - I'm Here Again.

Thought I'd switch things up with a slightly grittier take though I certainly recommend checking out the original if you're looking for some feel good peak time ammo!

Powerhouse Ft. Duane Harden - I've Got What You Need (Funk Edwards 2020 Remix)

There was a time back in the day, before Dave Lee went round blocking Dj mixes on Youtube whilst simultaneously changing his name under the guise of morality that he was actually involved in making decent music as opposed to policing the ariwaves in the pursuit of profit.
One of these tracks of course was the awesome 'I Need Somebody', by Sessomatto, relased all the way back in 2003 on Z Records with none other than Thelma Houston on vocals.
Been remixed a fair few times however this is the best one so grab your copy in the name of all things funky and prepare to move forward and multiply!

Soulsearcher - Can't Get Enough - Obviously a massive tune and essential for any house fan out there. Absolutely huge back in 2009 and if I'm correct, the first ever release on Defected Records with that famous blue and grey cover.
Obviously they nicked the sample from Gary's Gang so I nicked bits from both of them plus threw in a little Blaze amonst others things and hey presto - 8 mins of soulful disco house classicness ;)
