This mix was released as a limited DIY release only available on disc at Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center in Harrisburg, PA in 2014

I want to reshare this mix because of the amazing story of how it even came to be…
The recording was mixed in 2014, in a very nice penthouse style suite in very nice hotel in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. I remember getting to the room after a show at the 8x10 club… and none of my friends showed up…. so there I was, all alone in this massive suite all by myself with no one and nothing except my dj gear. So I began to record…. The mix is about an hour because after the hotel security came and asked me to turn down…. Lol. 
I consider this mix to be the very beginnings of what is the modern style of Funkbot mixing today… It tells an interesting story that is just as true to today as the day I mixed it. 
My heart & soul is wrapped up in this present moment mix. 
Now the interesting thing about  this mix is it’s been lost pretty much ever since, except for a limited run of recording that were recorded on blank white discs and distributed by hand at The Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center. There are two runs…. One is a hand written Funkbot across the top of a white disc. The other is a hand carved ink block stamp on the same white disc.
By chance one of these CD’s has been rediscovered, recovered and preserved in this @Soundcloud upload. 
I hope you enjoy it as much as i had making it and the wild journey it’s taken to be here now.
