Me and Ben thought it would be fun to play a long DJ set together at Globus, the upstairs floor at Tresor in Berlin. 
We last played together (as Frequency 7) in May 2013. This time we played a ‘back to back’ DJ set, I’m pretty sure playing 2 tracks each for the whole six and a half hour set. All we had in mind beforehand was to start with some Dub and ‘see where it goes’. 

It was a lot of fun so we wanted to share the recording with you.

Based in the south of Spain, Sedjat (@sedjat) has been steadily crafting and refining a unique sound for the past eight years, blending electro, acid, IDM, techno, and breaks into a style that’s entirely her own. A special mix made for a now-defunct record label as a promotional tool for a release by the one and only @CarlFinlow

In 2017, Carl spent a good part of the year doing research and recovering many of his tracks produced in the 90s. The idea behind the process was to rescue his music from possible oblivion, stuck as they were in a dying computer language, buried on CDs and DVDs. During that time he reworked his favorite tracks and the result is what you can hear in four of the six vinyl records included in this project called 'MIDI Archeology'.
