Made this a while ago. My original motivation was to create a remix of the song, still retaining the general feel of it, but being different enough to be its own thing. The other remixes of the song I heard were too much like club remixes and such (and there were far too many), and I envisioned something different. I didn't sample anything from the song, it was all written from scratch, by ear.
