Another new track from Funkinova's Latin American Steel Band!

Co-writer Duane Hitchings noted that the 1978 song  "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?" was a spoof on guys from the Saturday Night Fever days. "We Rock and Roll guys thought we were dead meat when that movie and the Bee Gees came out. The Bee Gees were brilliant musicians and really nice people. No big egos. Rod, in his brilliance, decided to do a spoof on disco. VERY smart man. There is no such thing as a "dumb" super success in the music business."

Well I think it was about time to share with you this joint. 

Not only I got back in remixing Ridge Racer tunes again, but for this one I’ve had the honor to feature the one and only Dr. Halc, heavyweight from OverClocked Remix and man behind the awesome “Club Kong” album (which you can get here by the way: http://loudr.fm/release/club-kong/w7TTP).

This one is a radical Hip Hop style revisitation of the song “Disco Ball” by Hiroshi Okubo from the PSP incarnation of Ridge Racer, that we had complete in about 24 hours or so, by working together :D

Hi all, so I have assembled and produced this collection of many of my favorite tunes as my own hobby (practically all instrumentals, and many during COVID lock-downs!) and I have accumulated over 2,500,000 plays across the world which is awesome!

I am much more of a producer that a musician. The music is mostly based on midi cover tracks often downloaded from the Internet but heavily reproduced and re-imagined variously on my two Yamaha keyboards (Clavinova and PSR 975), but also using PC midi editing & DAW software.

More recently, I have included some of my more original electronic music which I produced over the past two decades under the name of Funkleberry in order to consolidate my Soundcloud accounts.
