From a young age his connection with the piano fostered a relationship with music that would lead him on a life long journey of musical discovery.

Eager to learn and unable to turn away from the music scene. Since 16 Chad has always been on one side of the stage or another - both being involved in bands and being a sound guy all around the state, his loveable mug quickly became well known in the WA music community.

From band member, to sound guy to vibe smith - chads latest evolution in his musical journey see’s him blending his eclectic musical influences into one of the most entertaining live DJ performances you’ll see. 

Effortlessly combining 90’s rock, pop & hip hop with heavy baselines, amen breaks & electric beats - Chad a.k.a FunKnights sets are as exhilarating as they are entertaining.
