Together with Rosario Galati, both producers have made frequent appearances on the imprint since its launch in 2013, however it was in May last year when they made their debut on the renowned Dortmund-based label, Kittball.Murasca & Galatis second contribution to the label also features Chasing Kurt who are well-known for their work on Mousse T.s Peppermint Jam and Defected Records.An emotive and effervescent production from the off, The Light powers forward with a sultry bassline and soft synths whilst incorporating Chasing Kurts inimitable vocals. Sky & Sand by Paul Kalkbrenner is one of those songs that made me fall in love with sound itself.

One night I played it over Ben Böhmer's "Lost in Mind" (Volen Sentir Vision), featuring the incredible voice of Malou.

The two songs combined makes me think of lovers who are stuck in different worlds, countries, or even lifetimes. Or perhaps one is just stuck in quarantine. #modernlove
