With an artistic drive to create music encoded into his DNA, Fernando Seca (Waio), has become a revolutionary electronic musician. He lives in the peaceful city of Lübeck, Germany — his chosen location to build his studio and lead his family life as an adult. After learning to play the violin at the tender age of six, he hungered for something more; and at the age of thirteen he discovered electronic music. 

His mature style and outside of the box approach to Psytrance production has gained him a great deal of praise in the scene, being recognized as a prodigy of electronic music by many artists and labels alike. Waio has become synonymous with high quality, professional music production, and he’s collaborated with many of today's leading psychedelic musicians. 

Each live set is created using his own unique software called 'WAIO CONTROL,' based on the Reaktor platform, and made exclusively to enhance his live performances; allowing him to craft each show into a unique, intelligent, psychedelic experience.

Album Presentation time is here with Serbian DJ Mozza‘s compilation on Transcape RecordsPsychedelic Fever, and a short talk about Chaotic Beats and Transcape-ing before the special mix.

A rise of the temperature in our bodies, while listening and dancing to the beats and sounds that we are so deeply involved with, can induce a certain type of fever in our physical beings! This is not an ordinary fever, but a specially induced one Creator of this state, is one of the most prominent DJ’s and party organizers in Serbia. DJ Mozza is a stand out figure in the Serbian psychedelic scene, setting the bar high with his mixing skills and track selections, and this compilation is a true testament to this. Including a broad range of psychedelic music, from the pumping psy-progressive to the banging psychedelic beats, it’s a compilation not to be missed by any worldwide trance lover. His selection is including fellow Serbian usual suspects like Sideform, Makida, Relativ, Imaginarium, Manmachine, Middle Mode, Nerso and Protheus , while incorporating south side neighbours Djantrix and Galactic Explorers to complete the circle of Balkan artists. Further tweaking the psychedelic soundwaves we have Pleiadians/Etnica, Martian Arts, Genesia, Neutron (UK) and Ooblek making the selection a true masterpiece. Most of the artists in this compilation have been sharing the decks with DJ Mozza, while setting the dance floor on fire together with him. Hypatia is the name of the music project by Adrian Torres Arabi, 24 years old, born and raised in the magic island of Ibiza. For sure, the island itself, known worldwide as one of Europe’s favorite nightlife playgrounds, played a big role in the evolution of his artistic career. The steady exposure to party life motivated Adrian to get into electronic music, starting with techno and deep, then soon switching to more psychedelic atmospheres.
His playing style has climbed slowly but constantly since he was very young. In 2013, he started his career as Dj, performing and showcasing his favorite artists’ sound in Ibiza. His selection was inspired by the Old School glories animating the island’s psychedelic scene at that time, such as Cosmosis, Etnica, Electric Universe.
After some years, and much more parties around, the lucky encounter with Miguel aka Lunatica, gave him the motivation and the necessary skills to start his own project under the name of Hypatia. Initially signed to the Spanish Label “Own Spirit Recs”, his music production is definitely psytrance oriented now, but still keeping a melodic old school touch. His tracks are solid and structured, sustained by a strong and sharp bassline, spiced up by deep, round, groovy sounds. The overall result of his Live Set is a highly psychedelic trip, open and energetic, suitable for both day and night dancers.
He collaborated with different Labels, and released more than 10 Ep’s in only 2 years of activity. But Adrian’s passion for the psychedelic culture and scene doesn’t end in the studio. He is also an active and talented promoter, collaborating both with big festivals – for example Own Spirit in Spain – and with smaller local realities such as Burning Slippers in Granada. His mission is providing his expertise and competences to keep alive the scene in those places where it could be easily eaten by mainstream culture. His numerous projects are now taking him around the world and for sure he’s not gonna stop soon.
