FunkyBasstard aka Ionut Burlacu was born in Cernavoda (district Constanta, Romania) on the 26'th of May 1987.
Now he lives,works and studies in Constanta Romania
He began to be passionate about electronic music since 2005, started with trance and progressive sets,then he started
to create own way sounds and rhythms using software from Image Line, Native Instruments and Ableton.
His music uses influences from tech,minimal and deep sounds,and of course his imagination.
His objective is to persevere in the domain of electronic music.

With a career of over 12 years in DJing, he shared with passion the dj booth & stages with many famous romanian and international artists, Dave Andres, born in the ‘90s city of Râmnicu Valcea in Romania, is a new project that kicked off in 2016 with a fresh sound and a series of tracks & remixes that quickly got into the playlist of electronic dance music radios, international DJs, clubs & festivals in Romania and all over the globe. His own productions and remixes got quickly signed on major labels all over the world, making the project Dave Andres, one of the greatest romanian DJ & producer act. Dance FM este un post de radio cu tematică DANCE din România, coordonat de Marius Onuc aparținând RCS & RDS. Postul emite pe frecvența 89,5 FM în București, în Cluj Napoca pe 103 FM, în Târgu Mureș pe 100 FM, dar și online.

Pe 21 februarie 2011 s-a lansat oficial în cadrul unui eveniment marca The Mission.[1][2] Săptămânal, cei mai cunoscuți DJ mixează la pupitrul Dance FM, în fiecare zi - Jose Maria Ramon, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Andre Rizo, Eelke Kleijn, Roger Sanchez, Stefano Noferini, Claptone, Sasha, ONUC și mulți alții.

În cadrul unui eveniment marca Dance FM, pe 18 iunie 2011, unul dintre cei mai cunoscuți DJ-ii ai lumii, Tiesto a mixat pentru peste 3000 de oameni, la Arenele Romane în București.[3]

Din luna decembrie 2014, Dance FM trece în portofoliul media al RCS & RDS împreună cu Digi FM, Music FM (acum Digi 24 FM) și PRO FM, în urma tranzacției cu grupul CME[4].
