The first half hour of the set my Groovebox was panned to the left a bit, sorry about that, in the min 33 it gets fixed.
All the instrumentals are improvised in the moment, the lyrics are the only thing that already exist. atlantis? wohl eher karussell. sowas soll es ja auf rummeln meist geben - hier gibt es bekanntlich auch eine melange voller spaß - sagt man ja so. 8 cdjs? immer her damit! dazu nur einen stick? na klar! emergency loops sind da immer gern gesehen! 
quintessenz eines super turbulenten gigs: trotz kurzeitigen technischen totalausfällen, hatte ich unfassbar viel spaß und danke vorallem meinen freunden, die so zahlreich erschienen sind, sowie allen anderen tanzenden, kreischenden und lachenden! dann natürlich noch den zauberhaften schakels und der bucht für diesen tollen floor und die einladung! merci auch für die usbstick-notfallhilfe  - ohne diese wäre auf jeden fall kurz stoptanz angesagt gewesen. und zuletzt noch ans schrottpourri für's outfit in schrottcouture. alles in allem wohl eine runde sache! danke für diesen tollen start ins festival <3

It took me a while to express my feelings after Bucht der Träumer* 2019 - to be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed and at a lack of words. That it was incredible is to say the least. I am moved by the experience of hundreds of people working as one with love and compassion to bring something beautiful into this world. By all sometimes grim outlooks on the future our civilisation has set course on, it has been a friendly reminder what we - human - are capable of, if we trust each other and care for each other. 
Sorry for the unusualy kitsch words, but when on sunday afternoon a storm sent Boah! Island out to the open water and a double rainbow was spanning over the bay it really looked like we triggered something. A big thank you to one and all involved.

Playing a DJ set on Cap Cavala in the midst of so many fellow-activists, old&newer friends & family has been an absolute pleasure and has been something I had been looking forward to for allmost the entire year. It is these kind of situatuions, where I feel I can go really anywhere with the sound. Thanks for having my back! All the more unfortunate my recording was scrambled and it took a while for me to find the time and peace of mind to recreate the set from memory. I hope you enjoy it!

Bucht der Träumer* 2019 - Cap Cavala

Trendbewusst wie Marie Kondo bin ich mit einer Festplattenaufräumung ins neue Jahr gestartet. Und ganz  hinten tief vergraben schlummerte ein funkelnder Mitschnitt-Schnipsel.  Aufgenommen auf der legendären letzten Wuza Party im Februar. Da er nicht vollständig ist, hatte ich ihn damals nicht hochgeladen ...AAAber in Anbetracht der aktuellen Situation habe ich mir die Frage aller Frage gestellt: Does it spark joy?
