German DJ, producer, and Disco House veteran Justin Faust debuts on Montaime with “Pacheco”, a tropically lush Disco House track overflowing with glossy synths, jazzy chords, and filtered samples.

Since 2008, Justin Faust has been an international household name in Disco’s revival: with releases on labels like Nervous Records, French Horn Rebellion’s toucan sounds, and Moulinex and Xinobi’s Discotexas - not to mention his remixes for Childish Gambino, Treasure Fingers, and The Knocks. From his glimmering synths on 2009’s “Revenge (EP)” and 2014’s “Spellbound”, to his groovy sampling on 2013’s “Disco Cuts (EP)”, the German producer never fails to fill up the dance floor.

Now, Montaime is proud to feature Justin Faust - “Pacheco”, a Disco House track that features Justin Faust’s signature synths and lush chords - evoking a Californian tropical landscape.

The track opens with a four-on-the-floor kick priming the listener as Justin Faust crescendos the filtered sample up for the bass, synths, and pads to explode onto the arrangement. Tranquil moments surface to let the listener reflect on the lush sonic landscape Faust has sculpted, as the drums take five to give the bright synths a brief spotlight - only to drop the listener back on their feet soon after. Justin Faust’s veteran production expertise shines with his rich amalgamation of groovy synths, samples, and killer arrangement in “Pacheco”.
