Milan Hermess, who is part of https://soundcloud.com/mechatronicamusic- a Berlin-based record label, promoter and collective. Originally from the Netherlands, where Milan hosted techno parties in his hometown of Arnhem, he has been residing in Berlin since 2011. Heavily influenced by the West Coast Sound of Holland and Berlin’s nightlife culture, his mixes touch upon all genres within alternative dance music.

Originally from Memphis, he runs the Lost Soul Enterprises label which boasts releases by Bergsonsist, J Tijn, Shit and Shine, Vapauteen, and others. What began as a monthly night in the infamous Bushwick dive bar Wreck Room is now a residency at Good Room, H0L0, and The Lot Radio, celebrating its tenth anniversary in 2022. Aside from releasing on his own imprint, his work is featured on labels such as Mannequin Records, Public Systems Recordings, Primitive Languages, Marguerite Records, and more.
