Not fitting in one box, their output reacts to a broad palette of styles across North American and UK dance music culture. They’ve turned heads over the past two years with mixes for Honcho, Daisychain, DJ Mag, and Origins Tapes, as well as futuristic club cuts on labels like Kindergarten, 3024, All Centre, CloudCore, and Woozy.

Tell me about this mix?
This mix was culled from a recent practice recording, in preparation for my opening set at the next Antidote party on 12/17. Antidote is a collective started by Alyce aka Lychee, of likeminded friends and dance music practitioners: DJs Lychee, T.Wan, Sobolik, and Nutrition Facts, lighting designer Glimmer, and yoga instructor Yaya. We hold this party a few times a year in a private arts space, and it's very special to us as an opportunity to make something specifically for our favorite queer people to dance with. It's off the beaten club circuit path and aims to fully prioritize our collective values, musically, culturally, socially, and otherwise.

i'm looking forward to opening the party following Yaya's yoga session, for the chance to keep improving my slow burn mode and play more music with complex textural and emotional palettes. deep style 😶‍🌫️

What are you working on now that you are most excited about?
So much new music is in the works :) I'm looking at dropping at least three new EPs next year, possibly more, among other singles and one-off projects. I'm not gonna spill any deets yet, but stay tuned <3

Kiernan Laveaux comes in here, with her exciting take on what we could call ‘making full use of our mixing gear’. Keeping the spirit alive of Ron Hardy in the few interviews she did, it really makes sense in regards of the mutual playfulness in the art of DJing. 
The character of this mix bright and weird, something that gains feelings of hope and liberation. A trip that pulsates and stretches with loopy looping, that makes it breath & constrict at times. Kiernan guides us so smooth and kindly through many different cosmic passages. Wavy landscapes without losing any of warmth or euphoria.
Kiernan is from Cleveland, an affiliate of the T4T LUV NRG label & a part of Sweet Abyss - where this mix was recorded live, amidst various gay psychedelic vibes. Thanks Kiernan!

Excited to be reliving our last event again by sharing some live recordings from the night 🌀

Next up is an excerpt of Dj wiggles & softi's opening set. The recording starts from 45 minutes into their set, as they started building their way up through the bpm’s. Lots of percussive rollers, slinky hypnotic techno and a few curveballs thrown in for good measure. 

A beautiful melting pot of both of their sounds, with peaks of tension and energy throughout. Enjoy!
