With a career spanning over 20 years, NZ native & Melbourne based James Martin is a Co Founder behind iconic club nights SONIKTONIK (Auckland) DE:TUNED (Melbourne), and more recently METAPHYSIC (Melbourne).

James has played alongside luminaries such as Mike Monday, DJ T, and Out of Sorts. He's graced festival stages at Syn Cities Rainbow Serpent parties, Burning Seed, VisionA and he's a regular favourite at Papania and Coco Poco Loco parties.

James is well known for his deep melodic sets, and innate ability to capture and contain a dancefloor with pervasive grooves and tasteful selections, blurring the lines between Deep, Progressive & Organic House.

As a producer, James has released music on Sound Avenue, Curl Curl Music, 3rd Avenue, Digital Memory Music and most recently has just released his Debut EP 'Mass Hypnotics" on the Future Avenue imprint.
