Ritmicki Hram, Kadien, Matt Lee, and Rich Towers were invited to contribute remixes to the EP. Mario Mocca has been signing his music to various labels for several years now. His musical style is based on elements of techno music and atmospheric dub melodies, but in the last couple of releases he has perfected his music by implementing the sounds of progressive synths and eclectic rhythms. On the recommendation of Hobin Rude, who together with Eichenbaum completed this release with a great remix, Mario signs his first EP on One Of A Kind called "Deep Forest"!

Sound Avenue opens the month of February by showcasing new interpretations of Madloch and Subnode's 'Journey to the Unknown'. Released in October of last year, the track's subdued pulse and smoky resonance anchored the double a-side release and now sits as a highlight in the duo's discography. Supported by deep, organic and progressive house DJs alike, Sound Avenue now looks to bring new life to the track by inviting Haen, Circulation and Gux Jimenez to re-imagine it for 2023's winter season.

The release concludes with Gux Jimenez making his label debut with the third and final interpretation of 'Journey to the Unknown'. Hailing from Colombia, Gux Jimenez has been a fixture of his country's electronic music movement for over a decade. Best known for his emotive take on the progressive genre, the Cartagena resident has showcased his music via trendsetting landing spots such as Clubsonica, Juicebox, Mango Alley, Proton's Particles, UV and his own OzLand imprint, while earning support from world class DJs Above and Beyond and Armin Van Buuren. Now, adding Sound Avenue to his resume, Gux debuts on the label with a nostalgic rendition of 'Journey to the Unknown'. Built around a thumping percussive framework, Gux focuses on rhythm and groove across the first act, nicely balanced with a healthy dose of colourful effects and arpeggiated sequences. Looking to bring greater emotional depth, the main break unveils balmy overlays, delicately blanketing prismatic arps, as modulation peaks for an uplifting finale.

Cigarette Music welcomes six international talents to celebrate together reaching the fifth act of the Organic House Renascent series. So here it is that Brian David, Jackie Mayden & Catharina, St.Ego, Matías Delóngaro and Neeco join the family of the Italian label by delivering five original lively and colorful original mixes to the world.

Renascent is a series of Various Artists releases all focused on the dance floor of daytime parties. The names included along the way are largely emerging and exciting producers from all over the world who are being welcomed into Cigarette Music home for the first time. Each Act is roughly out along every spring and autumn and is followed by a devoted re-mix release, where the concerning original tracks are revised by selected known international producers according to their style.
