JP Mantero is a DJ and Producer born in Rosario, Argentina.
His love for music started at a very young age, when he listened to his first casettes and CD's. His first encounter with electronic music itself and the reason he loves it so much was when he listened to Daft Punk's Discovery. From that day on, it is his favourite music genre, and he started producing his own songs in 2017. He is currently building a career as a DJ and as a producer, and his productions have been supported by big names in the industry such as Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo.

Based in the United States, Wassu has emerged from New York's avant-garde electronic music landscape, staking his claim as one of the counties premiere organic house talents. Noted for his attention to detail, voluptuous grooves and emotive musicality, Wassu's craft shines through vividly, making each one of his creations an absorbing experience. A meticulous discography showcasing a consistent stream of superlative releases via All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, DAYS like NIGHTS and The Soundgarden, have been well-received, earning play and support from genre tastemakers Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Tim Green. Musique de Lune has also been a landing spot for Wassu, with 2025 being highlighted by his label debut 'Aerobic', a two-track showcase which received play from Above & Beyond via the duo’s popular Group Therapy radioshow, in addition to enjoying an extended stay in Beatport’s Organic House charts. Now, as the summer season approaches, the label invites Kasey Taylor, JFR and Lio Q to re-imagine the release's B-side offering 'You Make Me Feel' in their own essence.
