The latest EP of the infamous Seasons series is here. Presenting five songs by five different artists to accompany you during these cold winter days.

For the Winter 2022 edition Lautaro Videla, Ultraverse, Ewan Rill, Rodrigo Lapena and Leandro Cisbani each created a brand new track for the series, covering the complete progressive house spectrum.

Rodrigo Lapena - Magumbos

Mercurio is the 19th release of Droid9 South America and the first release of the year 2022, releasing this new version format, remixes of songs that were already released last year.

Mercurio B side contains 3 remixes.
Nikko Mavridis is in charge of the Dharma remix by Imal released on our Athena compilation. It offers us a more hypnotic interpretation, maintaining the particular voices that the original has inspired by Buddhaism.

Sayonara by Ignacio Berardi and Colou Befu remixed by Uruguayan artists Alex Efe and Diego Berrondo, bring us a progressive house version with a breakdown loaded with emotions and harmonies that characterize their productions.

Axel Zambrano returns to work with us after his appearance on our second release with a magnificent performance towards Lattuce Day, one of our first tracks on Droid9 South America created by Cris Rosales. Axel brings us groove and euphoria in an ideal version to keep the dance floor on fire.

Gerssein - Colours of Light [Future Avenue]

Thomas Compana is a brand new name in the scene. The Hungarian artist hits the ground running as the releases his debut EP on Francesco Pico's infamous Magnitude Recordings.

Both 'Mando' and 'The Child' are high quality progressive house cuts that will make the dancefloor moving without a doubt and if that's enough Francesco has invited one of his personal favorite artists, Chook, on remix duties.

A promising debut by Thomas Compana. Keep an eye out for this guy!

Sydney based Luka Sambe has created an impressive portfolio with his organic progressive house sensibilities. Here he joins forces with another Sydneysider, Zankee Gulati, to deliver a tree track EP that's impressive in scope and highly engaging.

'Civic Path' leads to a magical forest filled with organic sounds: chirping birds, falling water and rustling leaves soaked in reverb create a nurturing environment. Offset that fantastic breakdown with the bubbling, elastic bass and fresh sizzling percussion, and you have a track as effective as a holiday.

The narrative on 'Burning Sage' might be more linear; however, the devil is in the details. As the track title's ceremonial implications might allude to, various fierce sounds create an almost dizzying effect. But once the sage hits to exorcise the demons, a stunning melody is introduced to ground the bedlam, all anchored in warm drums and soothing energy.

If you're after a straight up cosmic jam, then scratch that itch with '7 Days'. A lovely bass and celestial samples join forces with running synthesisers, all seemingly frolicking on their own accord. Automation enhances movement alongside melodic motifs that work together even though they're not singing for the same songbook. This is one for a lovely sunny afternoon.
