Die Magische Tijd, Roger Martinez's 2012 original, returns for a second remix chapter, and this time it lands in the hands of gifted HIGHER STATES artist Donny Carr.

Donny Carr's career has been about moving between forms, starting out as a trained saxophonist before he ever touched electronic production. 
A returning voice on HIGHER STATES, Carr brings musician sensibility to Die Magische Tijd: a signature blend of driving groove and techno low-end foundation combined with genuine melodic and emotional weight, a trademark equilibrium between darkness and light that has become his calling card on this label. His minimalist approach towards the original parts delivers a unique and highly contemporary, almost futuristic re-interpretation of the track. 

Two producers, one track, more than a decade apart, somehow speaking the same language…

Armenian duo Supacooks @supacooks present “Un Mundo En Paz / Echo Groove”, a three-track EP that reveals two complementary sides of their musical identity, alongside a reinterpretation by Greek duo Serious Dancers @seriousdancers 

“Un Mundo En Paz” opens the EP in a luminous and emotional space, where enveloping melodies, organic nuances, and an expressive vocal presence create a harmony filled with positive feelings. 

“Echo Groove” takes the journey in a more energetic and progressive direction: its solid groove, vocal phrases, and acid synthesizers drive a hypnotic narrative designed for the dance floor.

Serious Dancers complete the release with a remix of “Un Mundo En Paz” positioned between Progressive House and Indie Dance. The original vocals intertwine with new textures and atmospheres, transforming the original track into a more nocturnal, magnetic, and rhythmic version.
