A bevy of new releases flying from digital shelves, FutureForm now steps forward once more under the tutelage of Kieran Krohn. His impressive label management to the fore, a trio of new tracks from Spaniard, Integral Bread, now create a textured "Moonscape". 

Nacho Vargas has almost 20 years of experience in electronic music production. From early experimentations in the mid 90s to a collaborative outfit named "Bread and Butter" in 2000, Nacho's knowledge and know-how has afforded him considerable success amongst the Spanish live scene. Attendances at such events as "Klubbers Day", "Summer Festival" and "Live Dance Festival", saw the pair play to audiences of thousands picking up a best act award, playing alongside the galactic Orbital as well as Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola and Guy Gerber. Deciding to develop a solo career, Nacho's Integral Bread moniker has built its own success story. Taking a range of sounds and influences, "from techno, to trance and progressive" but with an "electronica spine", Integral Bread has developed a formula for production and live work that has garnered invitations to appear on Spanish National Radio 3 and a live personal appearance on "Fluido Rosa". 

Captivating an expectant 20,000 strong stadium audience at "Klubbers Madrid" marked an epiphany for the Integral Bread sound as Nacho returned to the studio to develop his unique approach. 

Founding the Univack imprint added yet another string to his bow, as have releases on such luminary imprints as Indigo and Lowbit. And thus it is now with great pleasure that FutureForm is delighted to announce Integral Bread's debut on the label with his "Moonscape" EP. 

Opening with the aptly named title track, "Moonscape" oozes percussive textures that crisply play across the stereo soundstage accompanied by a deep, dark bass groove that stretches into the depths of space. A dazzling plucked motif forms an immense melodic backbone that grows effortlessly in the mid section to form a lunar assault in the final third. 

"Implosion" provides a steadier progressive house flow with its rhythmic offbeat plucks and house beats providing metronomic regularity. Developing apace, filtered arpeggios rise and fall in gated glory to create a glorious cacophony of sound that provides a sense of kismet that is elegantly linked to its catastrophic title. 

The final part of the atmospheric triptych sees "Teoria De Cuerdas" present a melange of vocal cuts and laconic phrases that combine to add a subtle layer of flavour and depth. Clever use of extreme tape delays create textured spot effects as a carefully placed array of plucked notes generate a dark emotive sound that weaves a path of enlightenment through its 'string theory'. Founded in his "Moonscape" trilogy, the proof of Integral Bread's production skill is firmly evident in his lunar adventures through space and sound.

The 12th release on FutureForm Music welcomes John Graham aka Quivver back to the label for a brand new single. The UK born, now USA based producer made his debut on the Aussie imprint in April of 2014 with 'The Fog'. Quivver's distinctive grooves have remained a favourite with a wide range of top DJs, most notably John Digweed. He made a return to the storied DJ's Bedrock Records in July of last year with the Beatport Deep House #1 'Takin Over EP'. Now as 2016 enters its second quarter we find Quivver returning to FutureForm Music with a brand new single entitled 'Feel It' alongside remixes from Ben Coda and Marten Sundberg. 

The release begins with the original mix and finds John crafting a funky, yet driving journey. Anchored by bulbous bass stabs and a band of swing heavy rhythms, John's nose for the dance floor has never been stronger. A myriad of vocal elements begin to work their way into the mix as trails of effects reveal a smart tonal theme. With momentum growing flashes of gates and razor sharp stabs bring an electric atmosphere, while several rhythmic shifts keep the groove locked. Drifting tones highlight a stripped down second act, building just enough tension to deliver a heady drop and exhilarating finale. Another sure-fire dance floor bomb from Quivver. 

The first interpretation of 'Feel It' is provided by Ben Coda who is making his debut on FutureForm Music. As a nearly 10 year electronic music veteran, the UK artist has appeared on a host of storied imprints including Baroque Records and Flow Records. His recent collaborative project 'Nanoplex' enjoyed a nearly one month long stay in Beatport's progressive house charts, and he's delivered an excellent interpretation of 'Feel It' here. With a galloping, psychedelic inspired groove and pristine design qualities it doesn't take long to get fully immersed in this one. Rough bass stabs carve out some incredible hooks while phasing vocals and a trail of deadly effects further tantalize the senses. A subtle acid line highlights a second act and precedes a short, well executed break which is set for dance floor destruction. Huge remix from Ben.

The second and final interpretation of 'Feel It' is provided by Marten Sundberg who is also making his FutureForm Music debut. The German artist has found a home on Kompakt, Chapter 24 and Manual Music. No stranger to large remix projects Marten has given his distinctive touch to Gus Gus 'Airwaves' and now delivers an outstanding interpretation of Quivver's 'Feel It'. With a fresh and contemporary approach the German artist has reworked the bass stabs into a state of wonky, rhythmic brilliance. The vocals, while reprocessed, play a large role in the narrative carrying the track on melancholic journey, with indistinct melodies and wispy designs taking you home. Excellent remix from Marten which rounds out a release full of variety and talent from FutureForm Music. Don't miss it.

Longstanding legend, John Graham, aka Quivver, delivers the first original for FutureForm Music's premiere release.  In textbook Quivver style, 'The Fog' represents an infectious, groove-laden, speaker rumbling and mind altering experience.  Punchy drums, throbbing sub bass, eclectic synth hits and vocal stabs drive the track into the realms of dance floor destruction.  Relentless in its nature, ‘The Fog’ will have you moving uncontrollably with its addictive cadences.

Finland’s progressive-techno champion, Cid Inc., provides the first remix on the package, a markedly hypnotic and mesmerising interpretation that is sure to take listeners on an unforgettable journey in sound.  Subtle yet powerful stacking of pulsating synth layers in combination with a crisp, thumping drum groove and a commanding bass line will transport you into an interplanetary hypnosis.  Undoubtedly, this remix is one of Cid Inc.’s most captivating productions to date.

Rounding off the first part of FutureForm’s premiere release is Brazilian DNYO, with his ‘2029’ remix, a superb rendition that skillfully bridges the gap between the eclectic music heard at 90's warehouse raves, with the cutting edge sounds of next decade’s techno visionaries.  Immense waves of morphing bass frequencies and twisted beats establish a solid foundation, making way for the lead arpeggiator lines to induce dance floors into a trance like state.
