Celeste is a concept album that tells the story of an angsty teen who starts having strange visions of a beautiful girl in his sleep. Initially the dreams give him comfort but soon the girl reveals Earths apocalyptic future to him. She also shares her identity as an alien life form that's been communicating with him telepathically. She offers him escape from this world and that future, and our protagonist accepts her offer willingly. However, after leaving Earth with her he realizes that it is her race of aliens that was going to destroy life on Earth and that his captivity is just an effort to preserve his species in an alien zoo.
