FutureType are brothers from Whangarei, New Zealand - Jamie and Josh Matthews. Drum and bass became a huge huge passion for the brothers back in 2005 after hearing Pendulums first album "Hold your colour". They are noted for their high energy 3 deck sets, melodic mix's and edgy style. 

To date they have supported:
Pendulum, Camo & Krooked, Subfocus, Friction, Danny Byrd,Fred V and Grafix, Dimension, DC Breaks, Concord Dawn, DirtyPhonics, Brookes Brothers, The Prototypes, Joker, The Upbeats, DJ Hype, Phaeleh, Mutated forms, Drumsound and Bassline smith, MC Tali, ShockOne and Phetsta, A-Sides, State of Mind, Trei, Mt Eden Dubstep, Cern, and have played at the new years event Northern Bass in 2012 and 2013
