Bass Coast Festival 2022

This is a mix of 100% OAKK orginials and remixes that I put together to showcase the diversity in my productions, while still maintaining my vibe and style throughout. It features loads of unreleased bits as well as my releases from the past year or so, which musically speaking is the direction I’m heading towards with all of my latest work. The music spans through hip hop, beats, footwork/juke and some new RnB flips, some of it slow/vibey, fast/frantic or big/heavy, with my aim to have it all cohesively blend together. Sublimix #37 - OAKK

Shambhala has a special place in my heart as my introduction to electronic music festivals and its ability to bring people together as a community. This mix is a representation of my curiosity with a wide array of electronic music that was initially fostered by attending this festival. 

Diverse in selection and tempo, but fluid in its presentation, the mix will go through tracks that have struck a nerve with me, paired with new/unreleased music from myself and friends. I hope you enjoy it and I can’t wait to perform at Shambhala for my first time this year!

2 years ago we came to the Grove on the most fleeting of visits, hardly having a chance to even cool down from post-show-adrenaline before rushing off to another tour stop. We ain’t messing about with any of that lark this year . We’re on site from start till finish, soaking up the spectacle, transitioning from performer to audience member and back again as fully invested witnesses to one of the most celebrated gathering anywhere in the continent. Gassed is an understatement.
