#2 of the "The Blues" album. Continuing the "Spanish Solution" by descending a half step to Bb, I finished my first chromatic episode which became a beloved perennial technique. To find music for a poem about time, I thought about what time to put it in. 3/4 was the definite choice, but not waltz or minuet time, STACCATO 3/4. Just 1,2,3, No emphasis. LITERAL 3! I knew no songs in Bb, so I was n my own. I love what came up. It's quirky, but catchy. And fun, fun, fun!
