Geometric Electric Time Traveler was formed in 2013 by Dan Durazo as a vehicle for his experimentation with a new type of psychedelic sound. Drawing heavily from classic rock influences such as Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix, and also from the hard hitting flow of artist/DJs like Pretty Lights, Gramatik, Exmag, and (classic) Paper Diamond, G.E.T.T.'s music can be described as jam that will make you want to get up and dance like a hippy. With a penchant for creating dynamic songs with phased out guitar riffs and silky smooth textures, GETT presents an alternative to an EDM scene dominated by four-on-the-floor beats, angsty basslines, and repetitive (see: boring) synth chips.
