The story of a family of dock workers from Toronto who paid the ultimate price for the take your kids to work day, 
And just to clarify for those unfamiliar with the term banksman, he is the man on the ground, the eyes and ears of the crane driver aloft in the crow’s nest of the high cranes on the dockyards in the days before the introduction of walkie talkies, 
Crane drivers do not always have clear visibility of the loading area, especially when tower cranes are employed. The banksman used a code of hand signals to communicate the crane movements at the point of loading and unloading.
