Gerald Lamar Eddington; better known by his monikers G-Lamar or Dow Jones, is a rapper and entrepreneur from the Parkway Drive neighborhood of Lubbock, TX. He is an independent artist who also (nod to fellow Texans Johnny Dang and Paul Wall) sells gold grills, a trademark of southern states, Although from Texas, G-Lamar has his own signature sound which is led by his distinctive voice. Armed with a wide range of versatility, G-Lamar has put out numerous songs independently and currently has a nice selection of songs on music sites such as Reverbnation, Number1musicgroup, and SoundCloud. He gained his second moniker, Dow Jones, in 2015 when he decided to "become available for purchase" as he puts it. Starting fresh with a new mind frame, another moniker and a hell of an alter ego, G-Lamar/Dow Jones is current working on a project he's calling G-Lamar vs. Dow Jones.
