I wrote this today :)

I've been taking a break
from singing about love
The story always ends the same
I can't open up

Just smoking in the garden was enough
now I feel out of luck

How do people do it?
promise someone the moon
and believe it
to say "yes" so soon.
Words like "forever" make me go crazy

and then end up a fool
it all just seems so cruel to me.

Sometimes I hate my dad

Chris and I wrote "Entre Verte" about a year ago. This is the first recording of the song as we played it in full for the first time with a bit of improvisation. It's a phone recording, but captures everything this song is about.
