Ulterior Boss Battle

I started this on the 31st of May 2023, way before we even had the thought or incentive to work on Operation X.M.A.S., and never really finished it. Whatever was finished got ported and was finished independently, and this was left as is until today.

To honour what the final song ended up being, I finished it up in the same manner, using the same melodies and concepts from the 8-bit version. I'll be honest, it turned out great.

Daredevil(Boss 5) / DEVIL BLADE REBOOT【FM音源版】

I did some music for MaGMML3. Not a lot, didn't really have the time, but I've still done a few bits, I'll upload them over the next few days.

Anyway, yeah, Chaos Assault. It needed music and it was the shmup stage. Now ask the guy who's into shmup music to make shmup music for you. Yeah, like, I'm not gonna lie but I think this turned out great! I was particularly inspired by Tsukumo Hyakutaro's works (particularly Hyper Duel and Thunder Force 5) for this, as 48H used a cover of Legendary Wings for its shmup stage.

I remember Cathode had a small idea for this... the only things remaining from their idea is the key signature and tempo... sorry Cathode...

Hah, it's been a while. A lot of things have happened on my end (a lot that I can't go into detail about), on top of general burnout. AM4N's pieces managed to inspire me enough to try derusting, at least for today (I heavily recommend you check out their works)
