For he first edition, we’ve selected the unforgettable All Night Long by our good friend Seth Troxler from September 7th. As expected from Seth, the mix is a wonderful up and down in between House, Techno and Disco. All of this mixed with his unique way of taking risks and experimenting. It just can’t get any better. Öona Dahl is an amazing DJ, a supremely talented producer, a wonderful person, and our dear friend. Over the last couple of years, she has taken the world of dance music by storm. Not only by becoming a staple of Lee Burridge's All Day I Dream brand, but in her own right as well. Recently she's put out music on Watergate Records and Anjuna Deep in addition to touring all over Europe, Asia, and the rest of the world.

Öona proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the music scene rewards talented artists who work hard. We are so thrilled to have a recording of her set from her most recent Clinic date in April. This was our first sold-out night at our new home of The Sayer's Club, and we hope you enjoy the set almost as much as we did.

Two years ago, Torture the Artist caught up with Lehar as the Italian DJ/Producer sat in his studio somewhere in the woods near Venice with a very slight idea of what was to come. Fast emerging as one of the most charismatic and ambitious artists in the underground electronic music scene, Lorenzo Esposito has spent the years since his first release on Connaisseur in 2014 and his breakthrough with Diynamic in 2017, without showing any signs of slowing down. Traveling all across the globe, playing in intimate clubs and big festivals, raking in thousands of kilometers making partygoers dance ‘All Through the Night,’ maintaining vital relationships, Lorenzo did and does it all. Shortly after his (live-recorded) B2B set with close friend and business partner, Musumeci at Melt Festival, the busy DJ/Producer/Label Owner/Heart Resident found the time to speak to Torture the Artist and provides us with an art:cast special, namely the an excerpt of the aforementioned b2b with Musmumeci.

Here is my sunrise set from Saturday morning on The Cloud at Burning Man 2019. I began this mix just as the day was breaking with the sun shining, and the chilly night beginning to warm the desert. It was an honor and a pleasure to play on this incredible new Art Car, for their first year on the Playa. I hope they continue to bring their fluffy magic back to Black Rock City for years to come. ;-)

I wanted to tell a painful fun story about this recording. 

Last year, after long planning and preparations we finally set the date and slot for my new album Ex Nihilo’s first show ever. It supposed to be on the Robot Heart bus, which has a special meaning for me and my career.  For this show i had very special slot which was supposed to be during the man burn. 

I made my last preparations, all cables were checked, everything was so ready for my album premiere!  And on the last countdown, about an hour before my show, I started to have this weird and intense pain, spreading all over my body. The amount of the pain kept elevating while there was only 30 minutes to the show! Cramps like 10 people stabbing me all over. It was impossible to even lay down on the bed. I was writhing in the rv.  Finally I realized i was dropping fucking kidney stones right on the time of this very important moment of my life. So of course I had to miss my show and that nightmare kept on for several more hours.

The day after when I went to the bus to see temple burn, I heard one of my dear friends was gonna miss his show, so I was told to jump on the decks, not while man burn maybe but for post temple burn :) It was a kind gesture from the universe. So this set was recorded in a moment like that.. Hope you enjoy!
