Gabriel Moon ( real name Gabriel Lesetedi) also known as SPARK 1 is a House producer hailing from the capital city of Botswana, Gaborone.
Born on 18 December 1986, Gabriel Moon never really got any professional training in composing or playing any instrument. But at the age of 14 he discovered that he could make music through the use of softwares created for that sole purpose ( E-jay and Fruity Loops 3). At junior high Gabriel Moon ( at the age of 14 was going by D. Money) should his keen interest in music as he would take part in school rap battles at lunch time. At high school he dropped the name D. Money for a name he was given by his classmates ( SPARK 1). he continued to be into the Hip-hop scene until second term of the year when he heard the old works of the likes of Frankie Knuckes, Black Box and so on.
Moon then started to work on the ability to make the house music he hears through the use of the softwares that he had started to learn how to use. He has then after ten yars honed his skills into something worthy of recognition by the followers of the genre. Although unknown to many, Gabriel Moon has done a remix for South African House legend, Dj Mbuso [ (Maf &amp; So - Medicine Man ( Gabriel Moon's Deep Remix) Featuring Antonio Lyons) ]. He continues to Do remixes of songs done by legends like Blake Reary and Dj Gregory, as a showcase of skill and the abilty to further manipulate and create a new sound of the genre
Working with fellow producer Genre, Gabriel moon still continues to grow.A debut single or album is still waited upon from the growing musician.
