The story behind this song:

Gal got ey broken heat coz her bf cheated on her. 

At first, they were deeply in love and they even took their relationship to the next level. But when the ungrateful bf got her pregnant that's when it all started.

He started cheating on her and doing other stuff without her knowledge.

You know when God created woman, she made her that she multiplies what the husband gives meaning she's a receiver eg:

If you buy groceries, she's not supposed to give you groceries back  but a meal

After giving her, the husband has to receive back but in this case Nah the bf started Trippin

When she had found out she confronted him about it and this got bad for the gal.

Later the girl got in her car crying and so much in pain and drove off not caring about anything.

Later in the song about 2:32 minutes played 

You can hear car skids and then crashes, that's when it got all bad coz the girl was behind the wheel and got in a head-on head collision with a truck and that's when the bf realized how much he loved her

But was it too late?

Later when the song is outgoing( ending) you can hear ambulance sirens which yah of course had the girl inside unconscious (bout to die). But lucky enough the ambulance was on time to rush her to the hospital.
