Art piece: Mechan 9 

Mechan 9 is the newest creation from Tyler FuQua Creations.  It is a giant fallen metal robot that is half-buried in the ground.  Over thirty five feet in diameter and six feet tall at his heart chamber, Mechan 9 is shrouded in mystery!  Decode the strange text on his body to reveal the secrets of not only his past, but of the universe as well.  Mechan 9 was built by an amazing crew and with the help of a Burning Man art grant in 2016 where it made its debut.

Now, in his new existence, Tama has transformed his passionate life force into a mystical ability. So, cobolt-like and mysterious, he looks deep into people's souls, revealing their innermost secrets and desires with playfulness and ease and pulling them into hyperspace - a dimension beyond our imagination - with his untamed primal energy and charismatic sparkle in his eyes. With a touch of magic and the essence of disco nights past, Tama takes people on a journey that transcends the known and embraces the unknown.
Sometimes light and cheerful, sometimes profound, sometimes sensual and sexy and other times simply mischievous, cheeky and dirty and wild, appealing to one's own, very personal momentum, it is thus kept open to every being, what may show itself, live out and/or transform itself.

Gabriel Ananda has been an established institution in the electronic music scene for countless years now and produces from emotionally playful, to primetime Techno a wide range of styles, without ever forgetting the organic groove in it. In recent times he has attracted attention especially through his radio show and same named label "Soulful Techno" in the emotional, melodic segment. Through several releases on his more dancefloor oriented label "Basmati" and further collaborations, as well as remixes by and for various well-known artists, Gabriel can now look back on over 300 productions. In addition to that, he fascinates with his gripping and varied sets, which take people around the globe on an emotional ride. Either from behind the DJ desk, or with his monthly Soulful Techno Podcast.
