Niche Crush have been busy.

After releasing their second single 'Jeff' in April they got bored and drunk and decided to start releasing a song every week via their Soundcloud / Bandcamp pages.

These aren't proper singles, that would be daft, these are just some of the 50+ songs they've been working on in their bedroom over the last year or so, and they thought, 'fuck it' - might as well get them out there.

So far they have been doing this for 14 (fourteen!) weeks. They're going to keep releasing a song a week until Christmas. And yeah, they're all named after people, and yeah, they have a Christmas song. Idiots.

Alan is probably their nicest song. It's a love letter to Alan Shearer and the writer Harriet Gibsone. Niche. If you haven't heard of Harriet Gibsone read her book 'Is This OK?', its boss. If you haven't heard of Alan Shearer then please don't listen to this song.

There is a proper single on its way soon. It's called Adrian and is angry and noisy.

In the meantime just enjoy Alan.
