Tied to her Jamaican roots this New Yorker, kept her song writing a secret because she was afraid of what her loved ones would think. Gabriella Kochella is the outspoken version of herself, her alter ego. 

Kochella graduated and went on to work in retail and later become a Medical Assistant. Feeling unfulfilled, she started writing again. Breeze, a friend, knowing this, encouraged the shy talent to pursue music with him as her manager.  

With a single dropping in 2 days and never having been on stage, the shy artist, was taken to an open mic hosted by Palindrome Artist Series .The small crowd, made her nervousness subside. Closing her eyes, helped her belt out her seductive side, which is that 90's R&B song cry. A 10 second clap followed. 

Because it's cliche. Gabriella Kochella would like the record to show that she said " And the rest is HerStory!"
