One of my favorite highlights of the evening was toward the very end of the night when I dropped Master C & J’s “In the City”, and some random guy began heckling me from the crowd, (I guess for playing too deep). Two female friends of mine, (including Sketchy Spiller) simply walked over, picked him right up off his feet, and carried him out the door.

Recorded on New Year's 2008 - 09. Yule and Ostera are the Wiccan equivalant to Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox respectively. The newer name given to the halfway point between Yule and Ostera is "Candlemas", while the older name is "Imbolc". In either case, they mark the celebration of fire... offerings and wishes alike dedicated to the return of the Goddess in Spring.
