it's normal that if it makes you feel weird at first, give it time to sink in..  maybe meditate first or make sure to leave the doors unlocked.  in other words, welcome everything and anything .

I'm falling asleep a little with this sound. Is this normal?

I'm trying it out to sharpen my mine if that's possible LOL I'm a noob to this kind of healing sound.
