Gain Records is proud to introduce Sole Llorente with her highly anticipated debut EP TIME. The release features four original tracks, alongside a remix by the talented label boss Sisko Electrofanatik. TIME delivers an intense, peak-time techno experience, blending dark, hypnotic elements with high-energy rhythms, making it a perfect fit for the dancefloor.

Sole Llorente’s distinctive sound is characterized by deep, driving beats and eerie, robotic-style vocals. These vocals reflect the uncertainty, chaos, and unpredictability of modern society, while also conveying a message of hope and resilience. The EP explores the fine line between darkness and light, offering a captivating and immersive listening experience.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Sole Llorente has lived in Spain for many years, where she has honed her skills and developed a unique artistic vision. Her constant quest for new sounds has led to releases on well-respected labels like Natura Viva, and she has had the privilege of sharing the stage with top-tier artists such as Adam Beyer, Bart Skills, Famita Hajji, and Lilly Palmer, among others.

With TIME, her debut EP on Gain Records, Sole Llorente establishes herself as an artist dedicated to pushing creative boundaries, offering a powerful addition to the dark and hypnotic techno movement.

DHS Premiere: Sole Llorente - From Mars (Original Mix)

Sisko Electrofanatik returns to his label, Gain Records, with the release of his new 15-track techno album, 'Starboy' in celebration of his 20-year career.
This is Sisko Electrofanatik's first album, and it's a dynamic selection that showcases the Italian techno maestro at his very best. The album orientates around the peak time techno style that is trademark to his sound, while also embracing styles including progressive, electro, downtempo, raw and acid.
Based in Rome, Sisko Electrofanatik first broke onto the scene two decades ago when he was a regular feature of Carl Cox's record label, Intec. His captivating use of melody, intelligent sample selection, and energising percussion, have made him one of techno's most esteemed producers.
His music is regularly set listed by techno's most iconic DJs, and he has been signed to prestigious record labels including Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave, Monika Kruse's Terminal M, Spartaque's Codex, and many others of equal calibre.
Gain Records is Sisko Electrofanatik's own record label, and it's a globally respected imprint that regularly places inside of Beatport's Top 100 sales chart. It has a forward-thinking and innovative reputation, and Sisko Electrofanatik regularly uses it as a platform to release his own music.
Carl Cox has already supported tracks off this album in his DJ sets, such as the final track, "Alter Ego."
The album is a dynamic selection that sets the scene with the dystopian pads and suspense building acid of, "Starboy." The album then gets the listener locked in with the uplifting pads and hulking bass of, "Thrust."
"Ziggurath" is dark and brooding with it's throbbing bassline and electrifying lead synth. The next two tracks, "Syntagma," and "Zork," continue on the same peak time vibe, then "Opale" has a raw and hypnotic groove.
The seventh track, "Get Lost" features the voice of Lory who is a singer from Rome, and it's a melodic techno track with an emotive vocal. "Ad Astra" picks up the pace again with its dark and hammering groove.
"Elements' featuring Leah Rose keeps the dark atmosphere, but has an extended breakdown with a powerful vocal. Track ten is the downtempo "Acidland," which is a trippy slice of electronica with acid synths and cinematic pads.
"Imnot" lifts the intensity with its high-octane groove and dubby pads, then "Diapason" is a deep minimal track with house influences. "Supernatural" brings things back to peak time, then the tense pads of "Fable" is the penultimate track, before "Alter Ego" closes the release with its hypnotic flow.

En exclusiva para Vicious Mag, adelantamos “Ziggurath”, una de las piezas más oscuras, tensas y contundentes del LP.

Con un bajo palpitante y una línea de sintetizador abrasiva, "Ziggurath" encarna el espíritu más intenso del techno de hora punta. Es un corte diseñado para la pista, cargado de tensión y densidad atmosférica, donde la arquitectura sonora se despliega como una estructura mística y poderosa —haciendo honor a su nombre.

Tom Wax has always been a leading figure of the electronic music scene in Germany since 1988 and inspired a lot of DJs and producers around the globe with his unique sound between House & Techno. Even after more than 30 years behind the DJ booth he is still on a mission and prooves this in impressive manner on such labels like Toolroom, Filth On Acid, CR2, Gain Records, FeChrome, Bush Records, Dolma Records, Suara, Great Stuff, Technoclub Records, Stereo 3000, Armada Deep, Deeperfect, WePlay, Kontor, Plastic City or his own Phuture Wax imprint.
In the early 90ies Tom Wax created electronic-music history with his projects Arpeggiators,Microbots or DJ Tom & Norman and the today classic tunes „Cosmic Evolution“, „Freedom Of Expression“ or „Tales Of Mystery“ on such labels like R&S Records, Harthouse Frankfurt or Overdrive Records. With his project AWeX together with Thorsten Adler and the Über-track „It ́s Our Future“ on the legendary Plastic City imprint he had his international breakthrough in 1995 and since 2000 he concentrates on his Tom Wax artist project.
Cooperations with CJ Bolland, Marshall Jefferson, Mike Dearborn,Michael Wells (GTO),Terry Lee Brown Jr.,The Timewriter, AKA AKA,Kai Tracid, ASYS, Mijk van Dijk, Dr. Motte, Marusha, Talla 2XLC,Roy Stroebel (Strobe), Gotlucky, Boris Alexander,Ian Oliver, Dan Hillson, Simon Fava, JamX & DeLeon, Alex Stadler or Franksen as well as remixes for artists like Yello,Erasure,Jam & Spoon, Hardfloor, Sparks,Cosmic Baby,Mesh or John Starlight fill his multi page discography with over 500 releases and remixes.
Next to his DJ gigs around the globe Tom hosted his own radio-show since 2004. First on German radio station YOU FM, where he is one oft he resident DJ oft he legendary Cubnight show as well,from 2010 to 2012 he presented his show Phuture Sounds on the online radio Big City Beats FM.
Other important stations over 32 years of his musical career were the Music Discovery Project in 2007 alongside famous conductor Parvo Järvi and his Symphonic Orchestra, his 8 year DJ residency at the legedary Frankfurt based club Dorian Gray and his A&R work for the labels Harthouse/Eye Q and Music Research.
