Adriatique unveil "The Future Is Unknown“ on their new label X. 

Adriatique, the Swiss DJ duo consisting of Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer, known for their groundbreaking DJ sets and releases, are launching their new label X, which was previously known as their renowned event series around the globe.

The first release, 'The Future Is Unknown', will be an auditory adventure, featuring vocals by Delhia de France, who previously appeared on their track 'Home'.

'Following their last year’s club hit Clockwork (released on Adriatique‘s Siamese imprint), played by the likes of Dixon, Trikk and Adriatique, Definition and Night Talk went back to the studio together and cooked up another storm.

'Into The Void' hits from second one. Strong beats lead the way into this dreamlike soundscape, where metallic drum elements and effortless reverb tails take us on a journey. We get lost in a slow build and an unassuming bass-line drives us home, until the track collapses just to hit twice as hard coming back in. Dreamy vocals float over dirty synth lines, melodies that feel familiar guide the way to continuous build ups, where we can’t help but move our bodies to the gritty, thumping bass-line pushing us forward relentlessly.

'Tempest' is all about the beat. Simple, yet endearing, it reels us in and guides us on an endless rise where fragile synth swells and powerful percussion elements tease our ears. High-pitched glimmers dance across the soundscape with ease. A track that rises again and again, yet never quite implodes in-between. Instead it builds, in the most natural way, skilfully and exquisitely, whilst sirens add a well-rounded urgency, that’s hard to resist.'

Spectrum proudly welcomes Paradoks to the label with his excellent new single, 'Answers'. A track that has long been a secret weapon in the sets of both the rising star and label boss Joris Voorn.
 
Having caught Voorn's attention some time ago, Paradoks now steps into the Spectrum spotlight with a track that perfectly captures his evolution as an artist. Answers channels anthemic energy through a signature melodic arp, sweeping leads, punchy snares, and a surprising twist of dubstep textures, an homage to his early production roots. The result is a deeply immersive journey that bridges his past with his present melodic techno identity.
 
At its core, Answers is more than a club-ready anthem; it's a reflection of Paradoks' personal and creative growth. ‘Hypnotism’ closes out the EP. This driving cut has a dense low end, and techy elements that would be the perfect accompaniment to a vibrant dance floor, moving and shaking under the moonlight. The energy builds steadily, as Deer Jade adds new layers. Eventually it comes to a crescendo, where the breakdown invigorates the track even more. We move into a heady section of the cut, with uplifting pads and that oh-so-groovy bass taking us through to the end. Magic.
