Dear Mama Earth,

Thank you. Thank you for your beauty. Thank you for your resilience. Thank you for not giving up on us. 
Thank you for the joy I feel when I see an ocean view, or hear the rustling of wind through the trees. For when I see birds soaring high above me or the flowers blooming for the first time in spring.
Thank you for your subtle reminders. Reminders like that each day the sun rises and sets, each day and in every moment we too have an opportunity to recenter, to realign and live from our truth. 
For you Mama Earth, it is time for us to evolve. To share resources, share skills, share love. To only take what we need and to live in balance. To understand and respect the interconnectedness of life and that we really are all one love. To speak from our hearts and live authentically.
We are here full of energy, potential energy and ready to dance this into manifestation.

Not your usual type of mix. Galactic Rainbow takes you on a movement journey guiding you through different ways of moving your body while using intention to help you release and express through dance. She recommends you gift yourself an hour of distraction free time to put on your headphones and move your body in ways that push beyond how you usually dance.

Dancing in your bedroom is the training ground for dancing at the rave, becoming more used to feeling liberated and free without relying on substances. Call it stretching, call it movement massage, call it yoga, call it dance - there is no right or wrong way to move your body. Enjoy :)

I had the honour of closing the Saturday night at the Yang Stage of Roots Festival, a Women's Embodiment Festival on Dharug Country in NSW, Australia. 

The dancefloor was full of powerful women dressed up in sexy lingerie (or no clothes at all!) and the vibes were high! Thank you for this honour!

Sacred Raving - Storm (Interlude)

Galactic Rainbow opens the first edition of THROB, an underground warehouse rave in the heart of Naarm. Tracks were curated to help ravers ground in the space, supporting them to arrive in their bodies by getting their booties shaking.

Within the set, certain tracks were selected for their vocal samples, setting the energy for not only a wild rave, but one that offers an opportunity to release stuck energy and call in an aligned version of themselves.

Probably one of my favourite ever mixes!! Showcasing songs that I raved to in my illegal rave days of the warehouses of East London.
