making my skin prickle up like a chicken skin plucked fowl
and I sit and I spin my spools of shit 
I'm a fool spinning a wheel that I don't fit

I am lacking a smack in the face off of passion
I wake up imbued by the demons and angels
They course through my veins as they fade through the day
as I sip cans of coke as I wash them away
and I breathe through the filter of a roche
a pin hole to peep through at most
blinkers to block out the truth that is mirrored
like shadows that splay on the wall of my cave
and I make it ok as I take every day 
as I put the decay to the back of my brain
and I close my eyes at night
and I see a fire blaze wildly in the distance

Connor's SRNDR debut is a hard-hitter. 'Traction' revolves around an evolving arpeggiator bassline, crisp beats, rolling percussions and atmospheric blares, but its gritty, industrial aesthetic belies a surprising melodic quality. A crisp production that will definitely move bodies and souls, and would appeal to techno lovers across the board.

Connor is a DJ and producer from Preston, United Kingdom, whose musical identity is very much shaped by his experiences in the legendary British clubs, raves and festivals of the early noughties, such as Gatecrasher, Cream, Bugged Out and many more. A versatile DJ, his repertoire ranges from soul, funk and house, to progressive house, techno and trance. His productions are a culmination of his early musical experiences and expansive musical influences and taste - music that draws from different genres and seeks to move the listener both physically and emotionally.
