Well now really when we go back into falling in love. And say, it's crazy. Falling. You see? We don't say "rising into love". There is in it, the idea of the fall. And it goes back, as a matter of fact, to extremely fundamental things. That there is always a curious tie at some point between the fall and the creation. Taking this ghastly risk is the condition of there being life. You see, for all life is an act of faith and an act of gamble. The moment you take a step, you do so on an act of faith because you don't really know that the floor's not going to give under your feet. The moment you take a journey, what an act of faith. The moment that you enter into any kind of human undertaking in relationship, what an act of faith. See, you've given yourself up. But this is the most powerful thing that can be done: surrender. See. And love is an act of surrender to another person. Total abandonment. I give myself to you. Take me. Do anything you like with me. See. So, that's quite mad because you see, it's letting things get out of control. All sensible people keep things in control. Watch it, watch it, watch it. Security? Vigilance Watch it. Police? Watch it. Guards? Watch it. Who's going to watch the guards? So, actually, therefore, the course of wisdom, what is really sensible, is to let go, is to commit oneself, to give oneself up and that's quite mad. So we come to the strange conclusion that in madness lies sanity.

One of my happiest moments of the year is when I go to AfrikaBurn. Being there in the middle of nowhere, no civilization, people building shelter and accommodation for a few days, being there for a few days to a week, break off everything and leaving no trace. In the middle of all that I find myself in such a luxurious position where I can see many of my friends, spend time with them without having the distraction of phones, e-mail etc. Being fully present with the people there and then also being able to share music with them….that to me is such a blessing and I think you can hear that back in my sets. So…..I played another set at Space Cowboys and I felt so much joy, I saw so much pure joy in peoples eyes, body language and the sounds which came out of their mouths ;-) Enjoy the live set I played there with the sound of the audience in it as well. Hello lovely people!! Please find here a recording of one of the sets I played at Burning Man this year. It was my Thursday evening set at Titanic’s End. It was an absolute pleasure to play there and see so many of my friends show up and of course many others. Burning Man is always a special time, especially this year with some rain and muddy, fun times after and during. Last weekend I played a birthday party off of the coast of Cartagena on a private island. First of all, I love Colombia. For some reason the people always strike me with their open heart and kindness. It is probably one of my favourite countries in the world. The people and beauty of the country make me feel like home. Secondly, I felt very inspired to create a new podcast after this event. So I buried myself in my studio and the result you’ll find here. I hope you’ll enjoy this new journey. Seit einigen Jahren bekomme ich bzw. nutze ich regelmäßig die Möglichkeit, für Robinson auf Reisen zu gehen… das ganze natürlich mit dem Agreement, meine musikalischen Dienste in dieser Zeit, dem Club bzw. den Reisenden zur Verfügung zu stellen
Wer das Konzept von Robinson Clubs kennt, weiß dass es meistens zwei Haupt-Spots am Tag gibt, die zu bespielen sind…
Zum einen das Schachbrett,...welches quasi die Hauptbühne ist, für die große Party, rund um die abendlichen Veranstaltungen, mit Show und allem was dazugehört…
Zum andern gibt es noch den Sundowner…der Lieblings-Spot wahrscheinlich aller DJs…
So auch für mich
Denn, wer mich als DJ kennt, weiß, dass ich gerade diese Sessions, rund um Sonnenauf,- bzw. Sonnenuntergänge am liebsten habe, weil ich diesen Moment in Verbindung mit diesem Sound einfach am meisten fühle und so jegliches Gefühl, mit allen Emotionen transportieren kann

Und da für mich die Reisen mit Robinson noch lange nicht zu Ende sind, habe ich mir mal gedacht ich starte hier mal eine kleine Serie mit mir besonderen Sets von meinen Sundowner, die ich live vor Ort auch genauso gespielt habe…
So bekommt ihr mal einen kleinen Eindruck, von dem, was ich meine, wenn ich bei einem Sundowner von Gefühl spreche…
Ihr habt auf diesem Wege, mal die Möglichkeit, mit meinem Mix, auf der heimischen Terrasse das ganze auf euch wirken zu lassen, und euch auf eurem eigenen Sundowner fallen zu lassen...
Und wer weiß… 
Vielleicht sieht man sich ja irgendwann irgendwo bei einem Sundowner im Robinson
